Who We Are
Central Paving, LLC was founded in 2009 by the Greear family of Ellensburg, WA. We operate throughout Central Washington including Ellensburg, Yakima, Moses Lake, and Wenatchee. Our services include asphalt paving, asphalt repair, concrete, sealcoating, pavement marking, crack sealing, and grading to residential, commercial, industrial, and public customers. Central Paving is currently experiencing rapid growth and is looking for quality people to join our team.
Summary of Responsibilities
We are seeking qualified and experienced concrete crew leads and laborers who have experience with demolition/removal, subbase/drainage construction, slopes and grade, forming, pouring, and finishing concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps, and more.
General Requirements
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Proficiency in English
Commitment to safety and quality
Cell phone
Ability to lift a minimum of 100 lbs
Self motivated and punctual
Ability and willingness to travel on occasion (compensated both ways)
A minimum 1 year experience in concrete operations
Compensation
- This position has a wage range of $18-$30/hour depending on experience and job performance. Reasonable annual earnings are $50,000-$80,000.
- Prevailing wage work common.
