Lead Carpenter
If you are someone who:

● Has developed their craft to a journeyman level, with a well rounded skill set of the tasks
listed below.
Typical Lead Carpenter tasks and expectations:
● Site prep and select demolition.
● Insulation - batt insulation in walls and floors.
● Framing - subfloor, walls etc.
● Drywall - hang tape & texture.
● Painting - walls/ceilings, millwork etc.
● Finish carpentry - doors, trim, cabinetry etc.
● Flooring - laminate, LVP, tile.
● Must be able to operate power tools, small equipment and lift heavy objects safely as
needed. .
Job requirements and compensation
● Full-time 35 to 40 hours per week.
● Monday - Friday hours.
● Must have excellent communication skills.
● Hourly wage $25-35/hour DOE.
● $500 bonus available after probationary period.
● Vacation, Sick Leave and Health Insurance Allowance available
