We’re looking for a responsible, motivated, and talented individual that can manage the service, repair, and maintenance of our aircraft as well as verifying aircraft are safe and compliant with FAA regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall supervision of all work flow including scheduling and work assignments
Continually strive for ways to optimize work flow, improve efficiency, and maximize shop organization
Direct management and supervision of all shop floor staff
Schedule/coordinate the retrieval of projects with customers
Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, and unscheduled maintenance activities
Other duties and projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Shop floor experience in general aviation and tube and fabric aircraft experience preferred
Airframe and power plant licenses
Inspector’s Authorization
Supervisory experience
Valid Driver’s license required
