Create functional designs to support functionality
Provide requirement and design related assistance to the development team as required
Assist in creating testing artifacts to support functionality
Execute test scripts supporting functionality decisions
Engaging with key client stakeholders to develop strategies for personnel development
Cross-functional engagement to support the overall program mission
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years’ experience conducting requirement analysis and/or design with PRPC
Experience gathering/documenting requirements an-Participate in Requirement Analysis and Design discussions with client stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort engaging senior-level client stakeholders
Experience briefing the client and AFS leadership with bi-weekly and ad hoc status reports.
Experience leading functional analysts.
Experience with schedule management.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Understanding of inventory of OOTB Pega workflows
Understanding of Pega framework
