Job Description:
Perform and direct overall store management. Responsible for inventory and money control systems. Direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruit, train and motivate staff. May contact prospective customers to promote sales. Schedule employees while managing labor costs. Maintain business records. Exceptional customer service is a major component and therefore a requirement for this position. Must be able to work any area of the restaurant whenever needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
Relocating to Horry County SC area is required for this job.
RELOCATION BONUS will be paid after completing 6 months working for us.
Must have restaurant management experience.
