Independent contractor needed for maintenance on rental properties in Kanawha Valley (Nitro to Charleston).
Approximately 15-35 hours per week. Work will include basic plumbing & electrical, carpentry, drywall/painting, and cleanup. ( ok with weekends n evenings for the right person. So dont be afraid to contact us if you have full time job.
Starting hourly rate is between $12.00 and $20. 00 an hour and is dependent on experience and skill set. Background check is required. We do not tolerate drug or alcohol on the job or during the work week. Valid drivers license required as well as your own transportation and tools.
Must provide list of references as well as previous work experience
We are seeking 3 people - 1) interior paint n trim person must be very neat.
2) basic carpentry drywall
3) jack of all
If you have valid liscense in electric or plumbing immediate increase pay
