We are currently taking applications in Charleston WV for Employee Associate Carpet installers or Helpers. Starting pay is 10.00 to 12.00 per hour depending on experience. This hourly position includes:
Overtime pay, as much as 5 to 20 hours a week if desired.

Work truck provided, lead installers operate vehicles but transportation to worksites is provided to Associate Installers (helpers)
Learn while you earn - Promotion to lead installer - Leads can earn 50 â 80k annually based on production and quality
Job requires:
Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Moving furniture
Up to 10 hours or more per day including load time and drive time
Carrying rolls of carpet and pad into homes and businesses
Removing existing flooring
Assisting lead installers to install different types for flooring
Dependability and an attention to detail and quality
