Handyman needed to repair and do upkeep on rental property in Charleston and St. Albans, WV. Responsibilities include:
Painting, carpet replacement, cleaning, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs, cutting grass, etc
Must have own tools, and transportation. Truck or trailer preferred. Occasional hauling of bldg. materials or appliances needed.
Needed immediately. Hourly rate $10.00 to $14.00 per hour determined according to experience level, references, etc
