Exciting Au Pair and International Education Agency is seeking a friendly person who is established in their community and comfortable acting as a support to Au Pairs, international students, and host families.
This is a fun, collaborative work-from-home position offering the opportunity to sharpen your professional skills and earn extra income for your efforts as an independent contractor.
THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Meet with and screen potential host families, conduct monthly meetings with au pairs and international students.
- Act as liaison between au pairs, students and host families during the program term.
- Represent and network in the community to introduce the Au Pair program to potential families

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Individuals must be 25 years of age and older
- Applicants must live within a maximum one (1) hour drive from the area
- Motivated, organized and resourceful
- Customer service, sales or marketing background is helpful
- Passionate about cultural exchange and international education
- Has traveled abroad or studied language and culture
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills (email, internet, completing online forms, Microsoft Word, Facebook, Skype, etc.)
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously
- Able to consistently meet monthly report deadlines independently
- Valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle to drive to host family homes
- Consent to and pass a background check
- Access to a personal computer and the Internet
