Position Description
The Administrative Secretary, Senior performs highly responsible administrative and clerical/secretarial duties in support of the Departments of Communications, Media Studies, and Regents of Bachelor of Fine Arts.
This is a non-classified, non-essential, FLSA non-exempt, full-time, benefits eligible position.

This position requires vocational or technical training in a business or secretarial training obtained through a post-high school program of up to eighteen (18) months; additional education is desirable. This position also requires a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a directly related field. Additional years of qualified experience may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis. It requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Ability to use computerized textbooks, test banks, knowledge of English, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure; knowledge of office procedures, practices, and protocol, including confidentiality, and excellent communications skills.
Salary Statement
This position is a pay-grade 3. The annual salary for this position is $25,600.00.
