ISMS Solutions is looking for a Client Support Representative at our Moorefield, WV office.
Client Support Representative will provide support to our Vendor Verifier platform users by phone, email and chat. Must be able to identify client needs and provide the steps and/or directions necessary to resolve said problems. CSR acts as the eyes and ears of our software development team and provides information of software performance to enable fixes and improvements.
Education:
Associates degree in computer science related field required, or equivalent work experience.
Competencies:
Strong technical literacy/skills
Troubleshooting computer issues
Creative: come up with solutions on the fly
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Ability to learn/support multiple platforms/softwares
Knowledge retention
Customer Service (Call Center) experience is a plus
Communication skills:
Listening; identify and assess customers needs and providing understandable solutions
Ability to quickly resolve product or service issues within the time limits
Handle complaints; resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media; following up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Correct temperament: Flexible, friendly (maintain composure in stressful situations)
Needs to be self-starter; that can work without direct supervision.
