The key responsibilities for this position include:

Work directly with leadership to develop executive communications including executive summaries, briefings, and whitepapers

Write, review, and edit technical documents including operational procedures, policies, user guides, reference documents, flowcharts, workflow diagrams, forms, and program management artifacts

Adhere to customer standards for documentation style and format

Recognize and satisfy the need for new and improvements to existing documentation. Reconcile duplicate artifacts

Create and maintain documentation repositories in SharePoint, the ITSM tool, and network share locations

Enforce Records Management policies and the protection of sensitive data

Provide daily Knowledge Management support

Provide meeting support

Complete special projects and other duties as needed

Required Skills

Technical background with excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information to leadership and cross-functional audiences

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and graphics tools

Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills for management of multiple projects, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced attention to detail

Commitment to working in a collaborative and dynamic research field with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation

Excellent interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude

Required Experience

Associates Degree or 2 year technical school

4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education

3+ years of work experience required

Proven writing background required

Proven record of high achievement and commitment to quality work

Proven record of desire and ability to learn new subjects​
