Team Platinum and EXIT Success Realty is rapidly growing and is seeking a highly interactive, and personable Marketing Coordinator that will be responsible for providing advertising and marketing support to both the team, office and recruiting efforts.
This individual must display a positive attitude, seek to provide or identify solutions to help create and preserve an office environment that is cooperative and energized.
Ideal candidate must be able to work in a team setting as well as individually, be detail oriented, self-motivated, ability to multi-task, and have a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Writing and Strategizing Marketing Plans
Social Media Marketing for Team and Office
Tracking and Reporting Analytics/Marketing Metrics
Graphic Design
Blogging, Content Writing, Press Releases
Proofreading
Client Communications
Maintain open lines of communication with all internal teammates and agents
Website Management
Videography and Editing
Internal Surveys on Survey Monkey
Manage email marketing campaigns including scheduling, distribution, drip mail, landing pages and tracking
Maintain and manage various databases
Other duties as requested/needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing or related field or enrolled in a college or university.
2+ years of experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications field in place of no bachelors degree or enrollment.
Prior real estate experience preferred but not required.
Committed to delivering a consistently high level of quality work in all work assigned with attention to detail.
Customer service mentality.
Photoshop, HTML and Marketing Automation experience a plus.
Ability to follow direction and utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
Based on experience.
