TW Perry has immediate openings for professional, customer service oriented individuals to work in our Hardware Store in Leesburg, Virginia. This person must be able to provide our customers with quality service, while capitalizing on sales opportunities. A self-starter with strong communication skills and attention to detail is a must. Retail sales experience is necessary and industry experiences a plus.
Requirements:
⢠Basic math skills (count, add, subtract, multiply)
⢠Customer service skills and attention to detail
⢠Effective communication skills
⢠Effective time management
⢠Work effectively in a team environment
⢠Must be Bilingual Spanish/English
Responsibilities:
⢠Process all types of transactions at point of sales stations (sales counter and/or cash station) as needed.
⢠Sell merchandise, and capitalize on all sales opportunities.
⢠Process routine special orders for customers for hardware, lumber, building materials as needed.
⢠Maintain assigned areas or product categories of the store with respect to the following; Cleanliness,
Stocking, Bin label updates, Inventory Counts, Technical expertise and Ordering assistance.
