THE RIGHT EXPERTISE. Job responsibilities include review of project plans, requirements, and specifications. Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material pricing and labor costs. Meet and maintain bidding and work schedules. Maintain good relationship with Builders and General Contractors. The candidate should have a successful record of highly competitive bids, the ability to assess risks, a minimum of 2 years of experience as an estimator.
