The role will ensure that the Company’s SOP, cGMP and PPE policies are followed Responsibilities:
Ensuring the product at every stage throughout fill production, assembly and packaging meets quality standards.
Working closely with quality production line leaders to ensure lines are running efficiently and properly.
Reviews job folder prior to start of job and addresses any issues or concerns.
Ensures the completion of line clearance before and after each job.
Provides standards and standard images (when applicable) to the line for reference.
Reviews fill specification sheet for all proper approvals and general understanding.
Obtain samples per required on the fill specification sheet.
Performs and documents critical product tests to be sure the product meets the requirements.
Ensure overall quality on the floor and ensure all good manufacturing practices are followed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Prior GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) experience in a Quality role
Knowledge of production equipment, set up, preventative maintenance and operation
Basic Math and Computer skills
Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time; will be active on production floor
Good communication skills in English and Spanish. Bi-Lingual a plus
