KLX Energy Services Flowback Division is now hiring for well testing supervisors and operators. We will train you once you are a part of our team but are also seeking experienced personnel. We are looking for hard working individuals that can travel and can work away from home for 4 weeks at a time, proceeding your 4 week hitch, you will have 2 weeks off. We provide housing while you are at work and a tax free per diem. The annual gross income for entry level position is approximately 60k a year. Experienced guys pay will be based on experience on an individual basis. Please submit your resume for consideration, as we are looking for good guys to start immediately. Below is a description of what your duties would be.

DESCRIPTION: The Well Test Operator is an entry level position, working directly with the Supervisor and Sr. Supervisor on customer locations. Under direct supervision you will assist with daily operations, assembly of separation equipment, data collection and reporting. The Well Test Operator will be part of a team work environment and execute the required duties in a safe manner. As an Operator, you could be required to work in remote locations for extended periods of time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Operator, reporting directly to the Supervisor is responsible for carrying out specific duties during their assigned shift. These responsibilities include those listed in this job description, and any others delegated by the job supervisor or manager.

- Work with other crew operators and supervisors to improve job performance.

- Ensure all safe work practices are followed

- Assist in the maintenance of all district test equipment to ensure its readiness for work. Including, but not limited to, cleaning, inspection, rebuilding, and organizing of equipment.

- Follow all government, industry, and company regulations and policies which affect the workplace and the work being carried out

- Assist in the operation of test equipment in a safe and competent manner when required to do so.

- Help with the organization and work in conjunction with crew members to ensure an efficient job from rig-in to rig-out, utilizing time and labor on location and in shop.

- Effectively communicate the job tasks with shift supervisor and other crew members to ensure job completion on location and in the shop.

- Assist with operations and crew activities throughout the assigned shift.

- Assist crew to maintain safe work procedures and a clean work environment.

- Assist in gathering accurate reliable field data throughout the shift using all field data sheets applicable, then properly presenting it in a neat organized manner to the job supervisor.

- Utilize field training program to develop personal job skills and apply them daily in the most efficient way.

- Help in the control of field expenses. i.e: Reduce - Reuse - Recycle

- Assist in general duties in the operations bases. i.e: shop and yards

- Attend and participate in all company sponsored safety training programs and make efficient use of all KLX resources.

- Acquire and demonstrate a basic knowledge of corporate operating and safety policies.
