Responsibilities:
Explains qualification requirements and eligibility criteria for special programs
Assists applicants to determine their eligibility under these programs
Reviews reports and contacts officials when a staffing action is required. Follows up when response is not timely
Responds to email and telephone inquiries, and provides assistance and information to managers and employees.
Provides customer service responses to inquiries submitted via email or phone in a call center designed to handle staffing
Distributes promotion and conversion tickler information to assigned customers on monthly basis
Inputs data into the database of position information
QUALIFICATIONS CRITERIA:
Ability to use a personal computer to access and retrieve data
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to complete work within established time-frames
