Requisition Number 20-5614 Post Date 9/30/2020 Department Ancillary - Facilities Cost Center CCM-Facilities Management (624) Title Director, Facilities Engineering -88064 BiWeekly Work Hours 80 Shift Start and End Time Day Employment Status Full-Time Shift Day City Parkersburg State WV DescriptionPosition Summary: The Director of Facilities Engineering is responsible for planning and designing processes to assure an appropriate, effective, safe reliable environment for patient care services and business operations. Coordinates the day-to-day management of inspections, calibrations, maintenance, and repairs of the buildings, infrastructure, and grounds of CCMC. The Director will maintain an ongoing assessment of the condition of the building, infrastructure, and grounds of CCMC to determine the needs for overhaul or replacement. Develops operational and capital budgets for maintenance, operation, and minor construction managed through the Engineering Department. They will participate in the planning, bidding, construction, and commissioning phases of major construction projects. Also, participates in the strategic planning process. Will oversee the development and management of appropriate environmental and patient safety program components related to engineering activities.
