Coordinates the day-to-day management of inspections, calibrations, maintenance, and repairs of the buildings, infrastructure, and grounds of CCMC. The Director will maintain an ongoing assessment of the condition of the building, infrastructure, and grounds of CCMC to determine the needs for overhaul or replacement. Develops operational and capital budgets for maintenance, operation, and minor construction managed through the Engineering Department. They will participate in the planning, bidding, construction, and commissioning phases of major construction projects. Also, participates in the strategic planning process. Will oversee the development and management of appropriate environmental and patient safety program components related to engineering activities.
