Dental Assistant
Wilfong Dental is looking for a dynamic dental assistant to assist our doctor and provide excellent customer service to our patients.
The right candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of assisting experience. Must be able to discuss complex treatment plans with patients and guide them through their treatment. Excellent organizational skills and Eaglesoft experience a plus.
Dental Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing patient care and support
Taking Digital X-rays
Preparing the work area for procedures
Assisting dentist by handing them instruments and equipment, taking notes when needed
Educating patients on post operative instructions
Preparing materials for crowns or dental impressions
Directing patients and maintaining schedule
Stocking treatment areas and monitoring inventory
