I have 97 acres located 20 minutes south of the Spencer WV in the vicinity of Looneyville WV. I have 2 large deer feeders located on this property. One deer feeder holds two thousand pounds of deer feed, and the other holds one thousand pounds of deer feed. I am looking for a person local to Spencer WV area (or other areas) that would be interested in filling my deer feeder 3 times a year.
I live in Harrisburg, PA and hunt on that property. It is a 350+ mile drive (700 miles round trip) for me to fill the deer feeders. I am look for another solution by hiring a person to fill the feeders for me. Additional work is also possible depend if I can find the right person. Those task could be: setting up game cameras, bush hogging, clearing downed trees, helping me setup additional tree stands when I am there, etc. Just depends on what is going on.
The person I hire will need a 4 wheel drive truck to get up the mountain with 3,000 pounds of deer feed. This is a perfect opportunity for a young guy or girl to make a few bucks on the side. This is no way a part or full time job but a good chance to make some money 3 times a year. Filling schedule would be January, May and September (maybe a top off 1st week of October). You pickup the deer feed from Farmer's Friend (in Spencer WV). Head to the property and fill the feeders. Pretty straight forward. Again, more work is possible.
