Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems; missile products, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; satellites and associated space components and services; and advanced aerospace structures.Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems is currently seeking an Associate Recruiter to provide support to our Missile Products team in our Rocket Center, WV offices.NGIS Defense Systems Division is an industry leader in ammunition, precision and strike weapons, missile-warning solutions, and tactical rocket motors across air, sea and land-based systems. We are the largest U.S. producer of small-caliber ammunition, as well as a leading producer of medium- and large-caliber ammunition and medium-caliber gun systems. Defense Systems also develops advanced capabilities for missile-defense interceptors, fuzing and warheads, weaponized special-mission aircraft, and propulsion/controls.Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong working relationships withhiring managers and HR team

Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness ofskills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements

Pre-qualify candidates and develop interview slates.

Manage and coordinate communication withcandidates, including interview scheduling, preparation, process overview, settingexpectations, andgeneral on-boarding.

Explain compensation and benefits programs.

Collaborate with the HR service center and hiringmanagers to execute an effective and efficient on-boardingexperience for each new hire.

Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on allcandidates, hiring manager interactions, and other recruitingactivities.

Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degreeProficiency in personal computer use (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Preferred experience:Knowledge of full life cycle recruiting componentsUnderstanding of OFCCP/EEO guidelinesNorthrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
