A large apartment complex in Princeton WV is in need of a full time maintenance person that is skilled in turning units and completing work orders. This individual must have experience in painting, wood framing, drywall repair, tile, plumbing, landscaping, replacing doors and windows (frames and all), grounds maintenance and etc., and be on call for after hours emergencies.
