Duties will include process review and improvements including process productivity, cell layout and design, process flow, work skills training, floor visual controls, development of visual aids and instructions, application of new technologies, and other related duties or assignments.Basic Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
Must have completed at least 30 credit hours.
Industrial Engineer, Industrial Technology, or Manufacturing Engineering Technology candidate highly preferred. Other majors may be acceptable in related fields.
Preferred familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
Demonstrated leadership and team building skills Ability to interact with a variety of manufacturing, engineering and planning personnel in a positive and professional manner.
Excellent Computer skills including, Powerpoint, Excel, Word Programs are required.
Data collection and analysis.
Preferred experience with SAP, Agile, Access and /or CAD.
