The Entry Level Account Manager will serve as a face to our business and represent our clients. Our Account Managers are the first point of contact with existing customers and potential customers, and they answer all inquiries in a prompt and thorough fashion, increasing customer satisfaction and in turn, client retention and business development.

Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Meeting KPIs and sales goals
• Tracking sales goals, conversions, and customer acquisition in order to effectively manage client accounts
• Set individual targets within our sales team and actively meet those targets
• Deliver sales presentations to existing and potential customers based on unique customer needs (listen to customer needs and identify solutions with products and services)
• Day-to-day regular maintenance of client accounts, including reporting, prospecting, and identifying areas for improvements in brand recognition and market share for client accounts.

Qualifications

Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:

• Previous experience in account management is preferred.
• Experience in marketing, promotions, sales, or related is preferred.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and clients in person.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
• Experience in CRM (customer/client relationship management) is an asset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
