5-10 years’ related experience and/or training within the commercial real estate industry.
OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong background in real estate related industry and ability to understand, negotiate, and communicate lease language.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as letters of intent, leases, financial statements and waivers, real estate principles, and brand construction aspects.
Creative and fast-paced person to enhance the real estate process.
Experience in negotiating deals.
Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, ACT, Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software.
