We're looking for an hourly assistant manager at our Burger King in Weirton, WV off the downtown exit of Rt. 22 who is career minded and looking for advancement. The candidate must have a high level of QSC standards; able to coach, train and motivate their team in a positive work environment. We need an individual who fully understands the importance of training as well as a working knowledge to control cost. Requirements:
-At least 1 year of management experience
-Working knowledge of computers
-Flexible schedule
-Able to stand for long periods of time
-Able to lift more than 30 lbs
-Good training skills
-Exceptional motivation skills and create a team environment
-Have good knowledge of food safety and security
Key Responsibilities
-Operate shift according to Burger King standards
-Promote teamwork among peers and crew
-Develop and train Team Members
-Meet all local and Burger King food safety standards
-Lead and manage shift
-All paper work is completed according to standards
-Control inventory, cash and labor management systems
