Photographer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Photographer to join the NIQ Brandbank Studio team. This role is responsible for capturing high-quality, print-ready product images at volume while maintaining strict quality standards and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced studio environment, works effectively both independently and collaboratively, and has a strong understanding of product photography, lighting techniques, image quality standards, and workflow management.This is a full-time position.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality, print-ready images of grocery and consumer products to support data collection and digital content requirements.Ensure all product images are clear, accurate, legible, and comply with NIQ Brandbank quality standards.Maintain high productivity while consistently meeting image quality expectations.Prioritize workload according to SLAs, internal service KPIs, and business requirements.Manage daily photography workflow, product organization, and studio shelving systems.Resolve photography-related queries and issues in a timely manner.Process urgent and rejected products within established KPIs.Monitor image quality and minimize rejections through strong attention to detail.Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance studio operations.Collaborate across studio functions as required to maintain operational productivity during peak periods.Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and data confidentiality requirements.Meet daily image production targets and departmental performance metrics.Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient studio environment.
