GM/Manager will lead our store operations in all areas including; training, staffing, production, cleaning program and customer experience. We have a very simple store operating process and smaller menu to train and prepare for. This system makes for ease of training and operational excellence. Management of a experienced smaller staff of 12-15 employees. A very efficient and smaller sized store footprint makes this all achievable in only a 42-45 hour per week commitment! This is a far less hourly commitment than most other restaurants and therefore a much higher compensation program with great flexibility. Come join us in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
