The Emprize Brew Mill is hiring part time Bartenders and Servers to staff a brewpub in Menasha, WI. We provide the community with a hand-crafted, premium consumer experience that delights the senses by using modern science to innovate on old world tradition, serving artisanal craft brews with foods to match.
COMMON RESPONSIBILITIES
Be passionate about Craft Beer and customer satisfaction
Arrive at work on time, well-groomed and -attired for every shift
Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times, willing to help out where needed
Maintain full knowledge of beer and cider products and descriptions
Maintain a professional relationship with all co-workers
Follow all safety, sanitation, and employee guidelines
Follow direction from managers and owners
Follow Opening & Closing checklists to prepare for business and close down at end of shift
Maintain a clean work area and guest environment during the shift
Smile and interact with all Guests, not just your own
Follow all requirements for the responsible service of food and alcohol
Complete requirements of job without constant supervision
Be flexible in schedule requirements as hours may fluctuate due to promotional and community events
Welcome guests with friendliness and enthusiasm when they enter the Brew Mill
Exhibit professional attitude and presentation per our appearance and dress standards
Know the menu, including ingredients and prices
Look for ways to avoid waste and limit costs
Assist team members with enthusiasm
Specific duties will be discussed during on-the-job training.
