Residential facility serving adults with mental illness and those with addictions is seeking a part-time Resident Services Aide to begin as soon as possible.
The Resident Services Aide will provide support and services to all residents of our facility including administration of medications, observation of behaviors, daily living skill building, and social activities. NO MEDICAL OR PERSONAL CARES REQUIRED.
This person will work cooperatively with our team of Aides and Coordinators to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents while providing direct services. The schedule will include approximately 3 second or third shifts per week. There may be opportunity for additional hours. The starting wage is $12.00 per hour.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Human Service field and residential care giving. Knowledge and/or experience with the chronically mentally ill population, behavior modification techniques, alcohol or drug abuse counseling, and medication administration are beneficial. CBRF certification is preferred but training will be provided if necessary. Only caring, energetic and committed professionals need apply.
