ServiceMaster is seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as a PROJECT TECHNICIAN
We are a janitorial cleaning company specializing in commercial cleaning. ServiceMaster is a well known company that has been in business for more than 50 years making ServiceMaster a great place to work!
These positions don't open up often so join our team while you can!
You normal schedule will be Monday - Friday starting at 5PM. You would report each day in our Appleton office
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! We will train the right candidates.

Candidates must be able to:
Effectively communicate with people, including account personnel, supervisors and other ServiceMaster employees
Have a valid Driver License and good driving record - You will drive company vehicles. NOT YOUR OWN
Take ownership of the work they provide and provide the highest quality service
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Have flexibility with scheduling which may include some days and weekends
As a Project Technician, we will depend on you for a variety of job duties. We will rely on you to ensure customer satisfaction as well as performing custodial operations and specialized floor care. We will teach you a trade that you can be proud of!
Completion of cleaning duties to company and customer standards. This includes general cleaning such as trash removal, bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and mopping.
Complete specialized floor care such as carpet extraction, hard floor scrubbing, hard floor waxing.
Ensures all policies and procedures of the company are followed
Maintain cooperative working relationships and excellent communication with all personnel and management
Other duties as assigned by leadership
