Badger State Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator to join a growing paper converting company. This is a temp-to-hire position. This position requires an individual that will fit company culture, can work independently or as a team, is interested in long term employment and reliable.
Machine Operator - Job Duties
Setup machine with large spools of paper using roll clamps
Set tolerances on machine for the correct paper size
Package converted paper
Palletize cases of paper
Ensure the accuracy of the quantity of cases per pallet
Ensure the machine is running properly and make minor fixes/adjustments
Complete work orders
Machine Operator - Job Requirements
Must be able to stand for 8 hours
Must have a strong track record of attendance
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs on occasion
Machine Operator - Hours
This is a second shift position. Hours will be Monday - Friday 2:00PM - 10:00PM
