Position Title: Welder
Wage: $17.00 + per hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd, Weekend
Hours: 6:00am-2:00pm (Mon-Fri); 3:00pm-1:00am (Mon-Thurs); 6:00am-6:00pm (Fri-Sun)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performs duties necessary to weld material according to customer specifications using robotic weld equipment.
- Prepares orders according to customer specifications
- Responsible for the proper set-up, communication with proceeding shifts and safe operation and storage of materials and equipment.
- Works with parts and material by either moving by hand or when necessary using jib or overhead crane and/or forklift. After trained and certified by client.
- Maintaining a high level of focus while welding (start to finish)
- Ensures a quality product through required checks while meeting on-time
- Completes inspection reports after inspecting and measuring the material.
- Performs preventive maintenance as needed including (but not limited to) wiping down torches and equipment.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand measuring tools and equipment such as a tape measure, calipers and micrometer. Along with the ability to read blueprints.
- Knowledge of welding equipment and materials.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, as well as lift and move heavier objects with the assistance of cranes, forklifts, or another employee.
- Previous welding experience is required.
