We are currently looking for the right person to fill a newly created position in a small and growing company to support the sales staff.

This position will be part time or full time for the right individual. Hours will vary as needed, and will be semi flexible at the part time stage. Monday thru Friday normal business hours.

Duties include:

Accounts receivable, accounts payable, shipping and receiving, and all aspects of normal office duties including answering phones and filing.

Assisting the sales staff as necessary, with a segue in to a full-time sales position for the right individual.

Applicant must be:

Detail orientated and well organized.

Can work independently and reliably, with the ability to multi-task.

Resourceful and able to problem solve quickly in a fast paced and challenging environment.

Have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Have a strong customer service attitude and a pleasant and positive attitude.

Quickbooks and/or sales experience a plus, but not necessary, we will train the right individual.
