Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team. Attention to detail is critical! SALES experience in carpentry, roofing, siding/window/door/gutter products is a definite plus.
We don't micro manage... We do all the advertising and our office staff schedules all the appointments. We provide all the training, you just need to operate with high ethical integrity and have a track record that indicates you are able to close sales with world class customer service skills.
The job requires is a reasonable comfort level with heights (ladders & roofs), a clean driving record (must qualify for our commercial auto policy) and the ability to pass a background and drug test.
