Description

You could join our local client's existing team onsite as their Senior Digital Project Manager! This long-term temporary-to-full-time employment opportunity is based in the Appleton, Wisconsin area. You could manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan, as their Senior Project Manager. It is important for this position to ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders, serving as a key member of the team. You will also find that this role involves responsibility for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Your responsibilities in this role
- Work closely together and communicates with designers, stakeholders, developers, and technical team members
- Assist cross-product teams to manage dependencies
- Equips detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments
- Make sure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked
- Works together with Product Owner/Product Manager to confirm that the product vision and high-level business objectives are distinct and workable
- Tracks and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
- Facilitates the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are timely, focused and brief
- Creates project with correct ticket workflows and boards
- Contributes as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies
- Engages with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
- Coordinates schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines
- Schedules and runs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and tracks ticket assignments
- Verifies the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
- Assist the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
- Facilitates to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests
- Participate to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager
- Work closely together with the Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Manager
- Administers deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Product Owner, and Dev Ops
- Convenes material from technical leads, business analysts, and QA leads into advice
- Directs project planning

Requirements

- Earlier work involving Digital Content

- Digital Analytics experience highly preferred

- Background working with Digital Communication

- Demonstrated knowledge of Business-to-business to Consumer (B2B2C)

- Brand Message experience preferred

- Content Strategy experience

- Comprehensive knowledge of cross functional project management

- Practical knowledge of Digital Advertising

- Adeptness in Branded Content

- Brand Strategies experience highly desired

- General familiarity with B2C Marketing

- Content Creation experience preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

- Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight

- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

- You'll be a good fit for this position if you have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

- You will be among the top applicants if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

- We need the person we full-time to be flexible and focused

- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills

- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

- A Project Management (PMP) certification is strongly preferred

- Applicants with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs are preferred

- Excellent problem-solving skills
