We're hiring a Building & Grounds Maintenance person to join our team
Shift: Hours will vary depending on the seasons, during the spring/summer it will be more a day shift and during the winter it might be more of a afternoon shift. It will be 8 hours a day Monday through Friday with possible overtime.
Competitive pay based on experience, Stating @ $15.00 an hour.

Example Job Duties:
Perform housekeeping and dust collection activities
Preventive maintenance according to established schedules
Maintain the landscaping of the property
Respond to maintenance requests
Visually inspect, test, and clean machinery/equipment
Repair and maintain physical structures of the establishment
Work safely and efficiently
