Property Management Company seeking an individual for a full time property management maintenance technician position the Appleton Area.
If you can come to work on time, can perform all aspects of property maintenance duties, self motivated individual looking to become a member of a team that appreciates hard work and quality work we have a position for you!
Minimum of 3 years experience in property management maintenance. General knowledge of day-to-day maintenance, plumbing, electrical, appliances, trouble shooting. Must own your own tools. Valid Drivers License and good drivers record required.
