Lucas Group has partnered with our client in on their search for a Production Supervisor.

Production Supervisors are responsible to supervise and direct employees in the overall Manufacturing Operations and are accountable to ensure quality & safety standards are met, that continuous improvements are made through own efforts and team contributions, to facilitate & participate in developing a culture of safety & operational excellence within your team, and to meet or be below the budgeted costs.:

• Manufacturing Operations. Understands all process flows and operation of equipment to allow for understanding of issues, troubleshooting, and driving improvements. Coordinates with the maintenance department for all work to be done.
  Regulatory Compliance. Provides first line of troubleshooting to report all environmental problems to appropriate persons and take necessary actions. Performs necessary clean-up/inspections as scheduled (including but not limited to swabbing, master sanitation, GMP inspections).

• Employee Relations, Inventory Control, Safety, Process Improvement, Cost Controls,

Skills Needed:

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP’s and GLP’s
• PC literate
• Mechanical aptitude

Educational & Work Requirements:

• Degree: Technical Degree Preferred

• Work Experience: 3 years Leadership Experience
