Role: Data QA Analyst Type: Contract Location: Brookfield, WI (remote to start) We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, who will be responsible for leading and executingsoftware QA for custom-developed and commercial solutions. This role will be leading the development of QA and defect management processes, and methodology, as well as executing test plans, scenarios, and scripts. This position will be reporting to the VP of IT and partneringwithBusiness Analysts and Project Managers. It also includes participating in process design, requirements, and functional design activities to ensure thorough testing and that solutions meet business objectives.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
Leading SQ assurance activities to define, prioritize, and manage; executing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and data; defecting management activities
Developing project and support documentation per project and organization standards
Defining and implementingQA Assurance processes, tools, standards, and methods
Participating in:
Requirement and design sessions with business and IT stakeholders
Estimating, planning, and scheduling projects
Developing estimates and schedules for QA activities
Providing clear and timely communicationon project status, issues, risks, and changes to management and project stakeholders
Collaborating with BAs and PMs to ensure requirements/designscan be tested
Developing and implementing internal continuous improvement projects
Coaching and mentoring ITand business stakeholders on QA processes
Performing other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of IT Quality Assuranceand/or Business Analystexperience in both project delivery and support roles; experience with digital and/or data projectspreferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Data
Traceability from requirements or user stories through testing
Defect management
QA processes and methodology
Experience with:
Multiple delivery methodologies— Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall
Process flow development and reengineering
Developing test plans for process changes
Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures, and complying with all job-related State and Federal laws and regulations
Project management experience preferred
Skills:
SQL and experience testing ETL packages
Relationship management and customer service
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and solution development
Written and verbalcommunication and presentation
Facilitation and negotiation
Please note: This is a 6-month contract role with a strong possibility of this transitioning into contract to hire after the 6 months. It is remote to start but need to be local to transition to hybrid down the road.
