This full time, permanent Microsoft Network Systems Administrator to be one person IT department onsite (not remote) is at a diverse, fifth generation, growing manufacturing company. The successful candidate duties and responsibilities should include the following:

• Functioning on site (not remote) as a one-person Information Technology department
• Overseeing all IT hardware and applications software
• Supporting company operations from an Information Technology standpoint
• Handling all Microsoft network operations and administration
• Providing Microsoft Windows domain administration
• Overseeing network performance
• Overseeing and communicating with contracted C# and VB.NET desktop application developers
• Communicating technology concepts and solutions
• Creating and deploying system testing
• Overseeing Microsoft Office 365 and MS SQL database administration
• Managing network and applications security

The background of the successful candidate should include the following:

• Three or more years of Microsoft Windows network operating experience
• Three or more years of Microsoft Windows domain administration experience
• Possess the ability to function as an onsite (not remote) one-person Information Technology department
• Possess strong network operations experience
• Possess ability to communicate needs and feedback to contracted C# and VB.NET desktop application developers
• Possess ability to create and deploy system testing
• Possess ability to interact with a variety of staff
• Possess a solid work history
• Being a or holder
• Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
