Customer Service Rep
A local Eau Claire company is searching for a Customer Service Rep who will have core responsibilities in greeting customers and handling incoming phone calls. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the Customer Service Rep to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed Customer service team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential.
