We are currently looking to fill a Full-Time Service Manager opening!As a Service Manager you will handle a variety of exciting responsibilities while being the face of our exceptional Service Department! We have positioned our dealership as the go-to place for European and Luxury vehicle service in the area so this is an exciting position with significant room for growth in the future.
Responsibilities include:
³ï Greet customers at the dealership and handle in-bound service phone calls and website chats
³ï Assist customers with their service needs in a customer service and sales focused atmosphere
³ï Create estimates for cost and time needed for repairs and work with customers to consider their needs
³ï Schedule service appointments and maintain shop work flow
³ï Manage shop inventory levels
³ï Communicate effectively throughout the service appointment to keep customer up to date with the status of their vehicle and follow up after the appointment
³ï Utilize software to manage customer database
Our Service Managers are the essential point of contact for our customers and are expected to provide outstanding customer service, have a professional demeanor, and ensure the customer's vehicle is repaired properly and in a timely manner. Knowledge and experience of all different types of vehicles and mechanical aptitude are very helpful for this position but are not necessary. You should be able to handle multiple tasks at one time and be able to properly prioritize these tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to this position.
This position has a flexible full-time work schedule, Monday through Friday with no weekends! Qualified candidates will be offered a very competitive compensation package.
Previous experience is not necessary but knowledge and passion for automobiles is preferred. Service advisors, sales people, parts managers, technicians, recent grads, operations managers, retail sales managers, engineers and other professionals are encouraged to apply!
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and possess an acceptable driving record with a valid driver's license.
