Stable Living LLP- Is looking to hire individuals for full time and part time staff. We need staff 24 hours a day, and shifts can be anywhere from 4-24 hours in length (we are flexible with hours). This caregiver position would be particularly for an Adult Family Home in Altoona, Wi. We do have 4 other homes in the Eau Claire area. You would have double staff working with one individual in the AFH in Altoona, Wi. We are looking for confident individuals that can handle behaviors well. There will be awake overnight positions available. If you have experience there is potential of starting at a higher wage. Raises and bonuses are available if you work hard. We do offer Aflac insurance through Stable Living LLP, which is available for all full time employees. Job Tasks/Requirements:
General cleaning/dishes/mopping
Valid Drivers License
Medical Administration (will be trained)
De-escalating behaviors
Running activities inside and outside the home
Keeping track of financial expenses for residents
Logging/Tracking Meds, Finances, Behaviors
Cooking meals
ETC
Looking for a full timer as well that could run, do long bike rides, kayak, etc. One resident needs these skills out of staff to keep him busy
