We are looking for experienced Fiber/Cooper Field Technicians to install and repair fiber and copper-based services inside and outside customer homes and/or small businesses.

Duties include:
Install DSL/VDSL, multi-line phones, and basic cable trouble
Receive work assignments and trouble cases from designated employees or via phone applications
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair/and install fiber and cooper-based services
Maintain a safe work environment by following safe practices and adhering to safety policies, including safe driving techniques
Perform necessary work to connect, disconnect, test, repair, and maintain various types of company and customer provided telephones and equipment
Working knowledge of handheld electronics; including smart phones, iPad, etc
Preferred work climbing a ladder, pole, entering tunnels, buildings, trenches, crawl spaces, manholes, and other confined spaces to accomplish job tasks
May perform light digging
Work in all weather conditions
Responsible for arranging workload and dealing directly with the appropriate center
Identifying and meeting individual customer requirements on installations and/or repairs
Qualifications:
Fiber/Copper I&R Telecom Experience: Minimum 1 year
Experience installing Cable TV, Data, Internet, and/or Satellite TV
Customer service experience within the last 3 years
Must have own vehicle, tools, and ladder
Must possess a valid driver's license in the primary state of residence
Must be able to pass a drug rest and background check (We will make responsible accommodations)
Must be able to speak clearly, concisely, and communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner
Pay based on experience
