We currently have a Maintenance- Groundskeeper position open for the right, detail-oriented individual for our manufactured home communities in Barron. We are looking for the special person who enjoys a variety of work during the course of the day. This person will perform grounds-keeping chores, and some maintenance such as small home repairs and light carpentry. The year-round main responsibility will be grounds maintenance (raking, weed-whacking, lawn maintenance, snow removal). Hourly rate dependent upon your skills and abilities. We have full and part-time positions.
The Groundskeeper-Maintenance reports to the Property Manager to coordinate and prioritize work schedules. The Groundskeeper- Maintenance person will assist the Property Manager in maintaining an open, inviting atmosphere, and ensure that our community is a pristine and relaxing safe-haven for our residents. Typical grounds keeping work throughout the property is a regular part of this position. Must have demonstrated ability to operate and maintain weed whackers, lawnmowers, pruners, etc. This position requires a safety-first attitude at all times.

ï§ Must be a detail-oriented, reliable person; highly organized and self-motivated;
ï§ Must have the ability to be aware of and maintain confidentiality in relationship with Property Manager and residents
ï§ Must be comfortable multi-tasking, prioritizing workload, meeting deadlines and working collaboratively with others
ï§ Having a vehicle, driver's license and safe driving record a must
ï§ Be comfortable working outside in any season
ï§ Ability to easily perform physical labor, cleaning, lifting
ï§ Must possess physical ability to work under homes, as needed
ï§ Will work out of a mobile office, with mobile phone for timekeeping and messaging
ï§ Plumbing skills a plus!
ï§ OK with some weekend work, as needed
ï§ An established work history of similar or related responsibilities
