Essential Job Duties:
⢠Personnel hiring, training, reviews, firing
⢠Staff scheduling, vacation, and PTO requests
⢠Lead, motivate, influence, empower, and support a skilled medical team
⢠Maintain and grow an exceptional customer experience
⢠Manage day-to-day operations
⢠Inventory management
⢠Accounting
⢠Facilitate plans and programs to track clinic performance
⢠Promote effective communication within the hospital
⢠Make solid, appropriate decisions, that positively impact people, pets, quality of service, and the business
⢠Fee scheduling
⢠Business marketing
⢠Oversee all hospital operations
Experience Preferred:
⢠3-5 years of veterinary practice management experience and human resources experience.
