Who are we?
The Barbershop A Hair Salon for Men was founded in 2005 by a local family. Our focus from the start wasnt on our customers, while obviously an important piece of the puzzle, our focus was on the cosmetologists and barbers that make up this great trade in Wisconsin. We understand that The Barbershop is really an extension of you. Fancy floor plans, cool atmosphere, technology and etc do not make for a successful salon/barbershop. Great people do. You have been our focus since the beginning and that continues today. Our goal is to lift your trade to the level of compensation, security, benefits, and growth that you deserve. After all you didnt go to school, spend twenty thousand dollars for your education to barely get buy, to fend for yourself with insurance, retirement, and most importantly, family time.
What services do we provide?
Our all-inclusive haircut service includes an exceptional haircut, shampoo & condition, hot towel, eyebrow & mustache trim, and shoulder massage. We also offer beard trims, grey blending, and waxing. Want to use your straight razor? We also offer razor fades, beard and face line ups, as well as razor neck shaves. (learn about our razor training and certification program)

$15/hour guarantee & commission plan allowing for up to $20.25 an hour plus tips! No BS here. Well show you our actual payroll data so you can see for yourself.

The biggest difference between The Barbershop, a Hair Salon for Men and the other salons out there is that our mentality and culture is all about taking care of you. We truly believe that the key to our success is your success. Without you customers dont really matter much in the grand scheme of things.
