We are looking for a Computer Technician/Support Consultant with with excellent customer service skills to assist with level 2 troubleshooting activities/incident resolution. Work will include PC and Software related support including installation assistance, troubleshooting and helping to solve user concerns.
Required experience:
-At least two years experience providing Computer Technician/Support for Windows based PC's and and associated Software.
-Experience providing excellent customer service
-Basic networking understanding along with Office 465 knowledge
-Understanding of SCCM software deployment is a plus
